We will start by understanding your needs and identifying the objectives and goals to pursue.

We’ll find a lot in a place that might suit your needs. We will take the time to prepare a number of draft designs, compare them and compile a list that will clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages of each location, which will enable you to make an informed decision, focusing on the features and design of your new home.

We will carry out an in-depth analysis of the lot, which is potentially attractive for you. We will check the development possibilities offered by the Local Spatial Development Plan, and in the case no plan was made, we will analyse the lot from the standpoint of obtaining a decision on land development and management conditions.

We’ll make sure that you can have adequate access to the utilities and a nearby road, and should any problems arise, we will suggest the best solution.

We will check whether the soil holding the foundations will provide adequate support and whether the limits and borders on the map are in line with the reality.


We will check the legal situation of the lot, and do everything in our power to minimise the risks associated with the purchase of land for the construction of your home.

We will do the most important thing of all.

At this stage, we will already know your needs and expectations. Based on this knowledge we will prepare a conceptual design that will let you see future home in great detail. In this phase, we will ask you numerous questions: How do you prepare your meals? Is a shower just an addition to an espresso, or a deserved moment of relaxation? Is your bike in the garage just for leisure rides from time to time, or is it ridden hard and needs to be fixed and washed every other day? Do you stock up on groceries?
Do you have guests staying in your guest room?
At that stage, we will work together – and from our experience, we know it’s the most pleasant stage for both sides:)

The next steps include the construction design, obtaining a building permit decision and preparing a detailed technical design. This part of the work will be carried out by our architects and engineers, while you can rest assured, we will take care of you.

When you don’t want to go out. You don’t have to.
We have designed the living room in such a way that you only need to choose colours, furniture and AV equipment – and your home cinema is ready. If you like to relax in an armchair, read a book, listen to music or watch a film – your new home allows you to do so without having to give up other functions and needs.

We can build.

We know how to organise construction works, as well as how to coordinate and supervise the works. We work solely with contractors, who proved themselves in our previous projects and those, whose reliability was confirmed by other trustworthy people. During construction, we stick strictly to the designs, using only proven technologies and tested materials of the highest quality. We choose them so that they can suit your needs and expectations to the highest possible extent.

We attach great importance the quality of our workmanship, and we supervise it on site on an ongoing basis, which lets you rest assured that the risk of faults and construction errors is reduced to virtually zero and your home will be safe and robust.

If you entrust us with finishing and furnishing your new home, we will make sure that the end result will be robust and cohesive. We know how to design interiors that won’t get boring after a while, while being tailored to your needs. And – most importantly – they will be affordable. We know how to choose finishing materials and accessories to create a classy interior that won’t suffer from quick and excessive wear and tear, while being practical in maintenance.
At this stage, a good interior concept and its proper implementation are far more important than just money. We will sensibly choose all elements,
 to make sure that beauty won’t negatively affect ergonomics and that there won’t be a compromise between durability and savings.

Your new home must give you the feeling that it’s exactly the way you wanted it to be,
 that it does everything that you find important and that it doesn’t have any elements that you deem unnecessary and won’t use them at all. It needs to meet your needs and expectations, you can’t have anything missing, but you can’t also have too much clutter and unneeded stuff.

We can design and implement a smart home system for you, which will enable you to precisely control your heating and lower your living costs. We can install a Smart-CO integrator in your boiler room, which will allow you to add and remove any heat sources without the need to rebuild the system.

We can build a ventilated pantry, or an additional laundry room by the bedroom. We can create a separate guest room with a bathroom and a walk-in closet if you need to take care of an elderly person.
We can also design and make bespoke stairs and furniture.
